We run an extensive programe
of activities for Key Stage 1, 2
and 3 as well as GCSE and
A-Level groups.

Our popular schools activities
include Fossil Hunting Walks,
Investigating Coasts and
geography and geology tours.

Groups

You can choose to book a
private event for your group
and have a warden all to
yourselves!

These activities are run in a
similar way to our public events
and are suitable for anyone.

The wardens can modify the
content of our private walks to
suite different interests and
abilities from U3A groups to
family birthday partys.

Talks

The Coast Centre is equiped
to bring our presentations out
to a venue of your choice for a
day time or evening talk.

We hold talks on a variety of
topics from the microscopic
world of plankton to an
overview of the World Heritage
Site 'Jurassic Coast'.

We also has a classroon with a
seating capacity of over 30 for
centre based lectures using our
large, wall mounted plasma
display screen.
